WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. In the event that a guest fails to arrive for a scheduled service without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost.

Our service providers like to stay busy, and their livelihood depends on it.  So if you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule it, please give someone else the chance to get in with our team members. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you soon!

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY WITH CHILDREN?

We are dedicated to rejuvenation and peace. We ask all guests that children under the age of 12 do not accompany you to your salon visit unless they are scheduled for a service. In the event that you do need to bring children with you, we ask that you have another adult to accompany them in the waiting area while you are receiving your service. We are responsible for providing a relaxing and calm experience for you and all of our guests, and we would like to limit disruptions to your service as well as the services of our other guests. Thank you for your understanding.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking can be found on the street. There’s usually plenty of spaces available, but we suggest giving yourself a few extra minutes before your appointment to account for parking. Make sure to not block any fire hydrants, driveways, or any yellow marked curbs. When parking please note the signs and make sure you are not in a street cleaning day or zone or you can be ticketed.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

Unused products returned within 14 days will be accepted for a full refund in form of original payment. After 30 days OR if the product is up to a third used, the product can be exchanged for another product or salon credit.

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

Please call us ASAP. We’ll let you know if your service is still possible.

I HAVE INSPIRATION IMAGES I WANT TO SHARE WITH MY STYLIST…
